Jean Farrant, a former international soccer player, is
« trapped » by a call-girl who spends some time in his own house
while his wife is out… and leaves with taking a heavy amount of money.
This could by the end of the story if the girl had not been
found, dead, the next morning ! Everything accuses Farrant who rather
chooses to escape in order to try to find out the murderer than surrending
to the police.
Despite the situation, his wife decides to help him :
she’s the only one convinced of Farrant’s innocence… but the clock is
playing against him and the police will soon finds out where he
hides !
